Jamal Murray delivered a big-time performance in the fourth quarter of Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals as he exploded with 23 points that decided the game. The Nuggets won 108-103.

The 26-year-old point guard finished the game with 37 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals in 43 minutes of play.

Two-time MVP Nikola Jokic credited Murray for winning the game for Denver during the postgame press conference.

“He was special,” the Serbian superstar said. “He won us the game. He scored 20-something in the fourth quarter. He got us the lead, his energy. He played 42 minutes. I think he was amazing.

“Yes, maybe in the first half he struggled to make shot. But when it mattered the most, he made shots. He won us the game basically.”
