Former NBA player JJ Redick does think the Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant deserves some sort of punishment for flashing a gun on Instagram Live but doesn’t believe the NBA should “lay down the hammer” on him.
Sports analyst Jason Whitlock took to Twitter to react to the issue: “JJ Redick using Ja Morant to chase an NBA head-coaching job. He’s impersonating Steve Kerr and Greg Popovich to get a job. He cares nothing about Ja Morant. This is the ultimate clout chase. White liberals love using foolish black men for clout.”
