The Heat suffered a setback in Game 1 of the first round series against the Bucks as they lost Tyler Herro due to a finger injury.

One of Miami’s top scorers has been out of action ever since. Despite his absence, the Heat reached Eastern Conference Finals where they will face off against the Celtics.

Miami head coach Erik Spoelstra provided an update on Herro ahead of Game 1 of the conference finals. According to him, the 23-year-old point guard will miss the game.

He also noted that Herro still can’t shoot or dribble and declined to make any projections about his future.

Herro averaged 20.1 points, 5.4 rebounds and 4.2 assists in 34.9 minutes per game during the regular season.
