The Lakers opened the playoffs with a road win against the Grizzlies (128-112). Five players combined for 114 points for Los Angeles.
Namely, Rui Hachimura (29), Austin Reaves (23), Anthony Davis (22), LeBron James (21) and D’Angelo Russell (19). The latter thinks that the Purple and Gold has lots of potential.
“Honestly he was just patient,” Russell said about Reaves. “He was patient from the jump. Got going, was out the game a little bit, came back still on kill mode. And that’s all we need, that’s all we need.
“We need everybody to be aggressive and have the mentality that they can get us up out of here. Bron, AD carried load for a long time for us just help and support that and step up big. Sky is the limit for this group.”
