Atlanta Hawks forward De’Andre Hunter will be out on a day-to-day basis after an MRI revealed Saturday that he has a bone bruise and muscle strain in his left knee. With that, he is out Sunday against the Dallas Mavericks, per Lauren Williams of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Hunter has been dealing with issues in his left knee, which forced him to miss two of the Hawks’ last four games.

This season, Hunter has been healthy generally upon playing 65 games while averaging 15.4 points, 4.3 boards and 1.4 assists in 45.9 percent shooting.

With the forward out, Bogdan Bogdanovic and Saddiq Bey are likely to take Hunter’s starting mantle from coach Quin Snyder.
