The Mavericks are 3-8 over the last 11 games after losing against the 76ers (108-116). The team that made it to the Western Conference finals last year finds itself in the 11th place in the West – outside the play-in zone.

When Dallas traded for Kyrie Irving, there were high hopes that the addition of a superstar in addition to Luka Doncic would propel the team. So far it hasn’t worked out that way and the time is running out for the Mavs.

Former NBA champion Kendrick Perkins thinks that the season is over for Dallas and it is time to plan for next year.

“The Mavs are down like a Honda Civic on 4 flats!!! They might as well start planning the exit meetings and planning their Vacation!!! Carry the hell on… Btw they better hope Kyrie don’t bounce on them this off-season!” Perkins tweeted.
