Los Angeles Clippers’ Norman Powell will miss at least one more week as he continues his shoulder injury recovery, per Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPN.
This Friday marks the end of a one-week timeline that the Clippers have given in initially assessing Powell’s injury. As such, Youngmisuk stated that the swingman remains to continue his treatment and therapy on his left shoulder subluxation.
Powell has missed the Clippers’ last three games, wherein the club has won two. With him out for at least another week, it is likely that he’ll be out for two more contests.
The veteran is averaging 16.6 points and 2.9 points this season while shooting 47.5 percent from the field.
With Powell set to continue his recovery, Eric Gordon and Terance Mann will remain having added minutes and workload under Ty Lue.
