Clippers star Paul George shared his insights into how the NBA game has changed over the years. Among points that he emphasized was significant increase in shots, especially three-pointers and handchecking becoming illegal.

According to George, now that the handchecking is considered a foul, it limits the defenders’ ability to defend and is killing the game a bit.

“It’s killing the game a little bit. Now we can’t be defenders,” George said about handchecking rules. “You can’t defend as well as we used to. You can get in the ball in pick-and-rolls, like you can be aggressive, you can be physical. You can’t do none of that now. The offensive player has the advantage now.”
