Damian Lillard scored 40 points and the Trail Blazers beat the Dallas Mavericks 140-123 on Sunday night. The Mavericks rested point guard Luka Doncic. After the game, Dallas head coach Jason Kidd talked about Jaden Hardy’s outlook for playing time after scoring 25 points vs. Trail Blazers:
“I thought he was really, really good tonight. As we get healthy, we’ll see how this affects his minutes, but he definitely needs minutes out there.”
