The Boston Celtics veteran forward Al Horford (14 points making four 3-pointers) talked to the media following the team’s 125-114 victory over the New Orleans Pelicans on Wednesday night. Jaylen Brown scored season-high 41 points and Jayson Tatum added 31 for Boston.
NOLA was without stars Zion Williamson and Brandon Ingram, and Boston took care of business to notch their fourth straight win. The Celtics will have a quick turnaround and face the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday at the Barclays Center.
On the Boston Celtics’ leading duo of Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum, Al Horford said, “They continue to grow in front of our eyes. What we did last year and what they did last year leading us to the Finals, it shows a lot of growth on their end … Now I feel like they’re just playing basketball, trying to lead us.”
