New Orleans Pelicans star Zion Williamson has entered the league’s health and safety protocols, sources told ESPN’s Mark Lopez.
With that being said, Williamson will miss the Pelicans’ Wednesday clash against the San Antonio Spurs. It remains yet to be seen when he will make a return, depending on his recovery.
The big man is currently averaging 25.2 points, 7.2 boards, and 4.7 assists in 60.3 percent shooting for the third-seeded Pels.
