The Pistons may have to deal without Cade Cunningham for an extended period of time. The 21-year-old point guard has not played since November 10 due to left shin soreness.

There is fear that Cunningham has a stress fracture in his injured shin. At this point is is thought that he could be out indefinitely.
This season the former number one draft pick is averaging 19.9 points, 6.2 rebounds and 6 assists in 33.3 minutes per game.
