The Suns trimmed their roster ahead of the start of the regular season by waiving three players. According to Kellan Olson, Phoenix have waived Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot, Adonis Arms and Saben Lee.

Arms went undrafted this year after graduating from Texas Tech, while Lee spent the last two years with the Pistons. Last season he averaged 5.6 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.9 assists in 16.3 minutes per game.
