When James Harden was traded to the 76ers he joined forces with a fellow superstar Joel Embiid who is the team’s first option in offense.

The former league MVP appears to have accepted the role being the second superstar in Philadelphia. Once again he complimented Embiid, saying how special he is.

“He’s second to none. He’s one of one. And he continues to get better. We’re finally witnessing Joel Embiid – who I think everybody thought he could potentially be, years ago,” Harden said about Embiid, per Lauren Rosen.

Last season Embiid averaged 30.6 points, 11.7 rebounds and 4.2 assists in 33.8 minutes per game for Philadelphia.
