Jared Harper joins Valencia Basket

Jared Harper has agreed to a contract with Valencia Basket in Spain, JD Shaw of Hoops Rumors tweets. Harper signed a two-way contract with the New Orleans Pelicans and appeared in five games last season, averaging 7.4 PPG and 2.8 APG in 8.6 MPG.
