LeBron James is currently second on the list of the NBA all-time scoring leaders. With 37,062 career points he is behind only Kareem Abdul-Jabbar who scored 38,387 points in his career.

The Lakers superstar is set to surpass a Abdul-Jabbar this season if he continues scoring at the level he has been doing his entire career. Yet, despite being close to becoming an all-time leading scorer in the league, James is not considered a score-first player.

That was something that the Pistons legend Isiah Thomas wanted to note in his tweet. “He will be the all time leader in points scored in the @nba and he has never been viewed as a score first player @KingJames,” the two-time NBA champion tweeted.
