NBA legend Isiah Thomas once again expressed his opinion that LeBron James is the greatest player of all time. His latest comments came after the Los Angeles Lakers, led by James, defeated the Detroit Pistons in double overtime.

At the age of 36, LeBron played 46 minutes scoring 33 points, including two crucial three-pointers that helped seal the win.

“I’m definitely impressed watching him,” the two-time NBA champion said. “Again, he’s doing it at age 35 or 36. He’s playing back-to-back nights, he’s playing in overtimes.

And he’s taking and making all the big shots every single night. When I say every single night that LeBron James steps out on the floor right now he’s breaking a record and he’s passing some of the most historical figures that we have in the game.

“The other night he just passed Wilt Chamberlain. He’s a guard, he’s a small forward. He’s done things in his game that no one’s ever done touching every single statistical category every single night. Arguably the greatest player to ever play the game. Generationally, in this generation he is the greatest player to ever play. When it’s all said and done, LeBron James, in my opinion, will be the greatest to ever do it.”
