This offseason the name of Myles Turner has been mentioned in trade rumors as one of potential targets for the Lakers along with his teammate Buddy Hield.
For the 26-year-old center this is not the first time that his name is included in trade rumors and he has already got used to that. Turner used a trip to Tanzania to clear his mind of all the offseason noise.
Via Marc J. Spears of Andscape:
“This is my fifth offseason with trade rumors going on. ‘He’s going to land here; he’s going to do this. He going to do that.’ I am finally numb to it, in a sense. So that’s another thing that I was proud of myself for as well.”
This past season Turner averaged 12.9 points, 7.1 rebounds and 1 assist in 29.4 minutes per game for Indiana.
