LeBron James came into defense of his teammate Anthony Davis after he received criticism for saying the hasn’t drained a basketball shot since early April.
The forward was criticised for not spending enough time to work on his game after the Lakers failed to even make the Play-In tournament this past season.
But James tried to shut the critics up with an emphatic Instagram post. “Get It Twisted if you want too! I’m due time he’ll remind you once again why he’s HIM!!! And I can’t wait for it to be unleashed! 😤😤😤〰️” the four-time NBA champion wrote as he posted highlights of Davis making impressive moves.
This past season Davis averaged 23.2 points, 9.9 rebounds and 3.1 assists in 35.1 minutes per game.
