Klay Thompson was also asked about how Wiggins performed in this game. The three-time NBA champion likened his teammate to legendary Dominique Wilkins.
“Andrew was playing incredible on Luka, just making him work very hard. What a game he had tonight. He was looking like Dominique Wilkins out there with the dunks he was throwing down.
“We got to replicate this effort in a couple of days because we would like to get some rest and not have another game in San Francisco.”
Wiggins scored 27 points and grabbed 11 rebounds in 40 minutes of play in Game 3.
