Rudy Gobert had enough after sports analyst Skip Bayless called him “nothing but a finesse defender” as he commented on the recent exchange between Shaquille O’Neal and the Jazz center.

It started with Shaq dismissing the notion that Gobert would be able to limit him to 12 points. The Frenchman then made a statement, saying that he would the four-time NBA champion.

Bayless weighed in by siding with O’Neal. “Rudy, you are barking up the biggest, wrongest tree. Shaq was the most dominating offensive force in the history of this league,” he said on UNDISPUTED.

Gobert took to Twitter to respond. “Would u speak to me that way if you were standing in front of me @RealSkipBayless ?🤔 I’m cool with the constant disrespect and opinions about who i am as a player and i CHOOSE to let these things slide but it seems like people are getting way to comfortable…” he tweeted.

“Only two people on this earth are allowed to talk to me that way @RealSkipBayless . And you’re not one of em,” the three-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year added.
