In this VladTV clip, the former Los Angeles Lakers star guard Gary Payton detailed losing the Finals against the Detroit Pistons and how badly his teammate Kobe Bryant took the loss.
According to Gary, Kobe didn’t talk much at all afterward but the loss wasn’t entirely surprising to Gary. He said he knew the Lakers weren’t equipped to beat the Pistons after Game 1 and it was even more apparent when they traveled to Detroit:
