Monaco officially announced on Tuesday the hiring of Sasa Obradovic as the new head coach of the club.
Obradovic returns to the team after one and a half years. He was part of the squad during the 2019/20 season. The veteran coach will replace former head coach Zvezdan Mitrovic, who parted ways with the squad on Monday.
For its part, Monaco is 14th in the EuroLeague standings with a 5-9 record. They currently are in a free fall and have lost their last five games. They will clash with Zalgiris Kaunas on Wednesday.
