FC Barcelona officially announced the agreement with Dante Exum, who will remain with the Catalans for the next three months.

Exum was a free agent, after parting ways with the Houston Rockets in October. The 26-year-old guard will remain with FC Barcelona until February 28.

Exum joins the “Blaugrana” aiming to cover the absence of star guards Cory Higgins and Nick Calathes, who are both out with injuries.

In his first comments as the new member of the Spanish giants, the Australian guard shared his excitement for the opportunity to play for the club.

It remains to be seen when Dante Exum will make his debut with the team. FC Barcelona will take on rivals Real Madrid in the EuroLeague on Friday night.
