EuroLeague powerhouse Olimpia Milano has added young guard Tommaso Baldasso from Fortitudo Kigili Bologna, the team announced Monday.

Baldasso signed a two-year deal with the Italian powerhouse. The 23-year-old guard started his career in the youth academy of Auxilium Torino and PMS Moncalieri.

He moved to Virtus Roma in 2016, helping the team return to the top Italian League. He moved to Fortitudo Bologna during the 2019-2020 season and finished the season averaging 8.0 points and 2.9 rebounds per game.

Baldasso made his debut with the Italian National Team on November 30, 2020 in Tallinn, in a win over Russia. Milan is already missing Malcolm Delaney the last month.

They have also sidelined Kostantinos Mitoglou for two months, while they recently added Paul Biligha to the injury list.
