The Minnesota Timberwolves now are on a three-game losing streak after falling against the Los Angeles Clippers. Karl-Anthony Towns, who is playing his 7th season with the team, feels that there is a real risk for the T-Wolves to fall into a big slump.
“We’re on a three-game slide right now in the NBA. If I know one thing about slides here in Minnesota, it could go from three to 18 to 19, 20 really quick,” the 25-year-old center said, via Chris Hine.
This season, Towns is averaging 24.8 points, 9.2 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game for the Timberwolves. His numbers are almost identical to last season.
Minnesota has three wins and four losses. They are set to face the Clippers again before visiting the Grizzlies, Warriors and Lakers.
