Last year, the Memphis Grizzlies returned to the playoffs after a three-year absence. Led by Ja Morant, the team finished 8th in the Western Conference and kept its place in postseason via play-in tournament.

Even though the Grizzlies are not considered title contenders, that does not make their goal less ambitious. “Championship. That’s our main goal,” Morant said, via Sean Highkin of BleacherReport.

After four games, Memphis is 2-2, which is good enough for the eighth place in the West. The unquestionable star of the team is Morant, who is averaging 30.5 points, five rebounds and 8.5 assists per game.
