LeBron James is know to invest both money and work in keeping his body in the best shape possible which plays a major part in his longevity as a basketball player.
According to Lakers GM Rob Pelinka, the four-time NBA champion slimmed up ahead of the 2021-2022 season as he trained a lot during the offseason.
“He’s been very, very locked in with his training, and you get a sense he has a confidence in his teammates when he looks around the locker room,” Pelinka said, per Mike Trudell.
