The Golden State Warriors are working out guard Ryan Arcidiacono this week, according to Anthony Slater of The Athletic.
The Warriors are continuing to look at different free agent guards to compete for the team’s open 15th roster spot in training camp.
The Warriors currently have 16 players on standard contracts, but only 13 of them are fully guaranteed.
One of the three non-guaranteed players, Damian Lee, will be on the roster, while the other two non-guaranteed players, Mychal Mulder and Gary Payton II, are not a sure thing.
Arcidiacono has played four NBA seasons with the Chicago Bulls, averaging 4.8 points, 2.0 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game in 207 career games (17.6 minutes per game).
Last season, the 27-year-old played in 44 games and averaged 3.1 points, 1.5 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game in 10.2 minutes per game.
The Bulls declined Arcidiacono’s third-year team option in July which made him an unrestricted free agent.
Who fills the Warriors’ 15th roster spot remains to be seen, as the team also recently worked out retired guard Darren Collison.
