Bayern Munich is ready to start the 2021-22 season campaign, hoping to repeat success of the past year in EuroLeague. The German BBL giants set their goals for the new season during the EuroLeague season media day.

Bayern made a lot of changes during the offseason, despite their successful 2020/21 EuroLeague campaign. Andrea Trinchieri’s side added various EuroLeague veterans, like Othello Hunter, DeShawn Thomas and Darrun Hilliard.

They signed Augustine Rubit and Corey Walden, while they also added young talented EuroLeague rookies, like Gavin Schilling, Andreas Obst, Joshua Obiesie and Ognjen Jaramaz.

Bayern made its first playoff appearance in the EuroLeague during last season, reaching one win away from the 2021 Final Four.
