Monaco will reportedly sign veteran forward Will Thomas for the upcoming season, as reported by mozzartsport.com. Thomas, 35, spent the last two seasons with Zenit St. Petersburg.

The American, who has a Georgian passport, averaged 9.3 points and 4.9 rebounds in the 2020-21 EuroLeague campaign. He has 144 appearance in the European top-tier competition with Unicaja Malaga, Valencia and Zenit.

Monaco, which will make its first appearance in EuroLeague this season, also added Alpha Diallo, Donatas Motiejunas, Donta Hall, Leo Westermann, Yakuba Ouattara, Rudy Demahis, Paris Lee, Armel Traore, Jerry Boutsiele, Danilo Andjusic and Brock Motum during the summer.

Thomas was expected to start the season with UNICS Kazan, however the two sides parted ways earlier in September, before the start of the season.
