Monaco added another EuroLeague veteran by signing forward Will Thomas for one season, the team announced Monday. The deal was first reported by mozzartsport.

Thomas, 35, spent the last two seasons with Zenit St. Petersburg. He averaged 9.3 points and 4.9 rebounds in the 2020-21 EuroLeague campaign with the Russian club.

Thomas was expected to start the season with UNICS Kazan; however, the two sides parted ways earlier in September, before the start of the season.

The American forward has 144 appearances in the EuroLeague with Unicaja Malaga, Valencia and Zenit St. Petersburg.
