Goran Dragic could be on the move again, after his participation in the trade that sent him to Toronto for Kyle Lowry, who joined the Miami Heat.

According to ESPN’s Jordan Schultz, the Dallas Mavericks won’t be signing Dragic, making a reunion with Luka Doncic highly unlikely.

Schultz is reporting that the Raptors and the veteran guard have yet to talk about a potential buyout. During the 2021-22 season, Dragic averaged 13.4 points, 4.4 assists and 3.4 rebounds with Miami Heat.

Both Dragic and Doncic led the Slovenian national team to its first-ever gold in the 2017 EuroBasket. Dragic spent the last few seasons of his NBA career with the Miami Heat, helping the team to reach the 2020 NBA Finals.
