Rajon Rondo officially joined the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday and is now looking forward to meeting his new teammates.

The veteran guard also shared his excitement about the opportunity to play alongside Carmelo Anthony and Russell Westbrook.

“Carmelo,” Rondo said, when asked who he’s excited to compete alongside in his second stint in Los Angeles. “Obviously, Russ, (Trevor Ariz).

I look forward to talking to Trev, learning his mind, his focus … We’ve had a lot of great battles with a lot of these guys that’s now teammates.

I’m looking forward to putting everything in the past and putting it together for the greater good of the team and winning a championship here,” Rondo said, via Clutchpoints.

Rondo returned to the Lakers after an one-year absence, having his sights set on winning the championship. In addition, it seems his beef with Westbrook, which started in the Orlando “bubble”, is under the bridge now.
