Kevin Durant set a new record in Team USA history and led the Americans to the Quarter-finals of the Olympic Tournament.

Durant went for 23 points, on 8/11 and 4/7 from beyond the arc, becoming the men’s all-time leading scorer in Team USA Olympics history.

The superstar of the Brooklyn Nets helped Team USA crush the Czech Republic (119-84) and advance to the knoclout stage.

Team USA was unstoppable from the second quarter onwards and outscored the Czechs 101-59 to cruise to the win. Jason Tatum led all scorers with 27 points.

Team USA finished second in Group A with a 2-1 record.

On the other hand, the Czech Republic finished third (1-2) and will now need to wait to see if they will reach the quarter-finals as one of the best third-placed teams.
