Real Madrid could be playing in a new stadium the next season as the club is remodeling its football stadium Santiago Bernabeu and the works are expected to be completed by the summer of 2022.

As a result, the basketball team has been considering the possibility of holding its basketball games in Bernabeu once the new stadium is ready, per RAC 1 (hat tip to Eurohoops).

The stadium will have a retractable roof, and there will be the option to place hardwood floor on the lawn. If the move takes place, Real Madrid will leave WiZink Center for the first time since 2011.
