Can that old sports trading card of yours make you a millionaire?

After Honus Wagner’s T206 PSA 2 card was recently sold for $3.75 million, a new report from The Action Network reveals the most expensive sports trading card sales of all time.

Despite the surge in popularity for modern sports cards, vintage cards still dominate the top-10 list, with seven of the 10 most expensive cards originating before 2000.

Despite this, vintage and modern are both pulling in serious numbers, with the 1952 Topps Mickey Mantle card and the 2003-04 Rookie Patch Autograph LeBron James card both selling for $5.2 million!

From the analysis, it’s evident that baseball cards still remain the most valuable, with eight of the 10 most expensive cards connected to America’s favorite pastime. Icons such as Mikey Mantle and Honus Wagner make multiple appearances on the list, with Honus’ highest-selling card going for $3.75 million.

If you want to buy all the cards featured in the top 10, you are looking at a cool $37,550,000.
