Portland Trail Blazers were among the top-5 teams in the West until last month, but during April, they slided down several spots in the standings losing 10 of their last 15.

According to Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports, Stotts could ‘likely’ lose his job due to the Blazers’ struggles during that span.

The Blazers are on a 34-28 record, good for seventh in the tough West. That means that they will have to fight for a playoff spot in the play-in tournament if they remain at that spot until the end of the regular season.

Portland hired Stotts during the 2012-13 offseason leading the team in seven playoff appearances since then. In those seven appearances, the Blazers have never reached the NBA Finals, and they only played in the Conference Finals once.
