Ben McLemore had his best game with the Los Angeles Lakers so far as he scored 17 points, on 5/10 three-point shooting, against the Brooklyn Nets. After the game, he was asked what it meant for him to win against the team that James Harden moved to.
“It don’t anything,” the 28-year-old shooting guard said. “Obviously, you want to be somewhere where he wanted to win and things like. Obviously, I’m here now. I’m in a great opportunity with with the Lakers.
I want to continue to get better, learn, build with these guys and get on that road to winning and competing for a championship. That’s all that matters.”
