Frank Vogel opened up about the injuries the Lakers are dealing with and how the defending champions are going to respond.

Vogel, the head coach of the Lakers, noted the squad should have a next-man-up mentality and rely on team basketball in order to keep winning.

“It’s certainly going to be a challenge any time you are undermanned, but if you play team-first basketball and you defend at a high level, you have a chance to win. That’ll be our mindset,” Vogel told reporters, via Ryan Ward of Lakers Nation.

Frank Vogel saw LeBron James exit the game against the Atlanta Hawks with a high right ankle sprain, while Anthony Davis (right calf strain) and Jared Dudley (right MCL tear) are also out.
