Markieff Morris reacted to the blowout loss of the Los Angeles Lakers to the Utah Jazz on Wednesday night (89-114).

Morris said the playoffs are ‘a different story’ and the Lakers will be a different team if they face the Jazz in the postseason.

“You see the Jazz they beat our ass tonight, but in the playoffs it’s a different story,” Markieff Morris told reporters, via Ryan Ward of Lakers Daily.

Morris was a starter against the Jazz and had 12 points (5/10 shooting) and nine rebounds in 27 minutes of action.

The Lakers are on a four-game losing streak, dropping to 22-11. Meanwhile, the Jazz have the best record in the NBA, at 26-6.
