The Los Angeles Lakers suffered their third loss in a row after falling against the Washington Wizards, a team that is currently sitting in 13th place in the Eastern Conference, despite going on a five-game winning streak recently.
Sports analyst Shannon Sharpe shared a short observation of what the loss means to the Lakers in response to a tweet.
A user on Twitter suggested that the reigning NBA champions lost because they lack Anthony Davis. Sharpe responded by saying if AD is needed to beat the Wizards, the Lakers are not winning a title.
Aside from Davis, Los Angeles also missed starting point guard Dennis Schroder in that game.
