Toronto Raptors veteran guard Kyle Lowry was ruled out for the game against the Philadelphia 76ers Tuesday. Lowry remains out for the fourth straight game with a thumb injury.

As a result, Norman Powell is expected to remain in the starting lineup for Tuesday’s matchup. Lowry injured his thumb during the matchup against the Milwaukee Bucks on Feb.16.

Since then, he was listed as questionable in every game and gradually downgraded to unavailable. The veteran point guard averages 17.1 points this season.

He is shooting a respectable 45-percent form the field, while he’s making his three-point attempts on a 38.8-percent clip. Despite his absence Sunday, the Raptors continued to add to the winning column with victory against the Sixers.
