Anthony Davis opened up about what the key was to the Lakers going 5-2 during their seven-game road trip.
Davis said he was proud of how tough and resilient the defending champions were in the road trip.
“We’re a team that’s going to fight. We’re a resilient team, being down in Philly and coming back fighting. We’re going to get every team’s best shot.
I think we showed our resiliency this trip and also showed how together we are. We’re still learning each other, not having a lot of practice time and short offseason, shortened training camp,” Davis said, via Lakers Nation.
Davis and the Lakers improved to 16-6 in the standings and have lost only twice in 14 road games (12-2).
