Golden State’s superstar Steph Curry left the game against the Los Angeles Clippers, after he tweaked his ankle stepping on Patrick Beverley’s foot.

Curry did not return and the Warriors succumbed to a 101-108 loss to the Clippers led by Kawhi Leonard and Paul George. Steve Kerr shared an update on Curry’s injury after the game.

Kerr said the injury seemed minor, but they are still awaiting test results to reach a more assured conclusion, per Connor Letourneau of the San Francisco Chronicle.

Curry struggled with his shot during the game against the Clippers making just 5-out-of-seven from the field. The two-time MVP came into Wednesday’s game followed by a 62-point and a 30-point performance against the Blazers and the Kings, respectively.

Curry was limited to five games last season due to a hand injury. The Warriors are on a 4-4 record, after a slow start in the first three games of the season.

Curry is averaging 29.6 points on 44.6 percent shooting from the field and 35.6% from deep in eight games.
