The players of the Los Angeles Lakers expressed their frustration for the decision on the Jacob Blake shooting.

After a local country district decision was released on Tuesday, the police officer that shot Blake seven times in Kenosha, Wisconsin in August has been cleared of criminal charges.

“It can’t deter those citizens who are trying to do right, who are trying to fight for equality, trying to fight for the right things. … We can’t lose our heads. We can’t start rioting. We have to be calculated,” Lakers guard Wesley Matthews told reporters, via Ryan Ward of Lakers Daily.

“A blow to the gut and a blow to the heart,” the superstar of the Lakers, LeBron James, noted.
