Frank Vogel, head coach of the Los Angeles Lakers, described the new additions to the team, namely Montrezl Harrell, Marc Gasol, Wesley Matthews, Dennis Schroder as “nasty dudes.”
It seems clear that the defending NBA champions not only wanted to make the team younger but also to bring more toughness to the team. “The new players we brought in here are nasty dudes,” Vogel said per Mike Trudell.
