Following the new Philadelphia 76ers big man Dwight Howard compared the Sixers superstar Ben Simmons to a young LeBron James, saying “Simmons is a young LeBron… he has the opportunity to become one of the greatest to ever play the game,” veteran sports media personality Chris Broussard shared his thoughts on the issue:

“I love Ben Simmons, the HOF is a possibility for him. But he’ll never be LeBron. … The more appropriate comparison is Magic. But the thing that Ben lacks, until this point, is the work ethic of those two,” Broussard said.

Simmons has played three seasons for the 76ers. His career averages are 16.4 points, 8.3 rebounds, and 8.0 assists in 217 regular-season games. He has been selected to play in two All-Star Games.
