The Washington Wizards expect John Wall and Bradley Beal to recruit free agents in this year’s free agency, according to the team’s general manager Tommy Sheppard.

According to Chase Hughes of NBC Sports, Wall had recruited Dwight Howard to Washington, while Beal was inclined to make pitch for stars in the past.

The Wizards are going to be a different team with Beal and Wall in the starting lineup in the 2020/21 season.

The Wizards missed the NBA playoffs last season, though they were invited to the NBA’s Orlando, Florida bubble that featured 22 teams as the league restarted the 2019-20 season.

Wall sat out the entire 2019-20 season as he was recovering from a ruptured Achilles. Beal, who averaged 30.5 points per game last season, missed the season restart due to injury.
