Serge Ibaka and the Brooklyn Nets have strong mutual interest, according to Brandon “Scoop B” Robinson of Heavy.com.
Ibaka is an unrestricted free agent this offseason, as his contract with the Toronto Raptors expired.
The versatile big man is interested in reuniting with his good friend Kevin Durant, but he is expected to attract interest from several teams in the upcoming free agency.
Ibaka averaged 15.4 points and 8.2 rebounds with the Raptors last season.
The NBA will open free agency this Friday, November 20.
